Colwood.
An award-winning city, Colwood lies within the boundaries of the Greater Victoria area in a region called the West Shore. Some features of Colwood include the Esquimalt Lagoon, Hatley Castle and the historic Fort Rodd Hill. Located 15 minutes to downtown Victoria, Colwood is an excellent area for those who love being out with nature.

Langford.
Langford is the fastest growing community in British Columbia attracting new residents from all over Greater Victoria, the Lower Mainland, and Alberta due to new housing developments; strong real estate market and affordability. Langford houses some world-renowned golf-resorts, beautiful beaches and an ever-expanding urban centre.

Oak Bay.
Oak Bay is popular for its tree-lined avenues, filled with smart boutiques and art galleries, fancy delis, and lively cafes. Casual spots serving brunch and fish and chips. A short walk away, Willows Beach has calm waters for kayaking and paddleboarding, while yachts pack Oak Bay Marina.

Fernwood.
Neighbourhood guide! Fernwood is an artsy area, with hip stores on its namesake square selling vinyl and vintage wear, and laid-back eateries serving inventive pizza and house-roasted coffee. Theatregoers grab drinks at a cozy corner pub or wine bar, then catch contemporary drama at the Belfry Theatre, a former 19th-century church. Colourful early-1900s homes and hand-painted telephone poles line the streets, punctuated with small parks.

Sidney.
With mild and generally dry weather, Sidney is an ideal destination and place to call home throughout the year with a lawn bowling club, an outdoor volleyball court, right alongside basketball and tennis and a terrific water park for kids in the summer. Sidney is unique in Canada for many reasons.
